The Brickell area of Miami, Florida, is home to the Brickell Flatiron, a luxurious residential skyscraper with panoramic views of Biscayne Bay and the Miami skyline.
The building has a distinctive and contemporary design. It was developed by Ugo Colombo’s CMC Group and designed by architect Luis Revuelta. The flatiron shape that makes up the tower, which is narrower at the base and progressively widens as it climbs, characterizes it. The residences’ views and natural light are maximized by this unique design.
The 64 levels of Brickell Flatiron are home to about 527 residential units. The residences come in a variety of floor layouts, including penthouses, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom options. Modern finishes, premium materials, and an emphasis on comfort and elegance were used in the interior design.
